In 1964 was the start of something special. My
grandparents open their first taco shop. Freshly made Mexican food. In 2013 I had a similar idea fresh tacos made at your home. Delicious meats like carne asada, chicken or pollo asado are so good, as well as the adaobada (spicy pork) . Put these meats in a warm corn tortilla. Freshly made guacamole, onions, cilantro as toppings with a nice spicy mouth watering salsa for an added kick. Served with fresh whole pinto beans and the best mexican rice you'll ever have.
