- We serve at time requested.

- Have many ways to communicate (email text, restaurant & cell (phones)
- We don't over book
- All events are on a first come first basis.
- 10-250 guests
- Cooking options available. (drop off, pickup or cooking on site)
- The averages of tacos per guest is 3-4 tacos.
- We arrive 1 hr. before serving time to set up.
- You get 1 1/2 hours of serving time.
- 1/2 hour of breakdown
- Total time on location is 3-hour
- Prices are subject to change due to the economic forecast unless events paid in full!! Then price is locked in
- Deposits only guarantee time and day.
