Event Service Timeline
- Total On-Site Time: 3 hours
- 1 hour to set up and cook
- 1.5 hours to serve
- 0.5 hour to break down and clean up
Space & Facility Requirements
Preferred Space:
An 8’ x 8’ area is preferred for setup and cooking, but not required.
- Restroom Access:
Restrooms must be available on-site for employees.

Schedule Flexibility
All scheduled times are subject to change by up to 1 hour earlier or later based on demand. We will notify you of any adjustments in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you cancel, your deposit and any payments made are non-refundable.
- If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your event to a different available date within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability
